The Procedure
We design a FREE NO OBLIGATION sample ID badge for your perusal
If needed we alter the ID badge to your specification
Consider including the following on your ID badges -
- Name of Company
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Logo/Badge/Emblem
- Employee Name
- Position
- Photo
- Possibly an Expiry Date
Collect your photo’s together - We are able to receive photos in all formats, via email, on disc, passport photo, holiday photo, pen drive, the size of the photo in 99.9% of cases is no problem.
We provide you with a final sample copy for approval
We print and send your ID badges
Most ID projects are completed within 3 working days
New Employees – Replacement ID badges
Upon the start of a new employee, simply send their photo and details upon which we will issue a new ID badge in most cases the same day.
We securely keep a record of your database, if a member of staff loses their ID, simple call and we are able to issue a replacement ID badge in most cases the same day.
